Adelaide - Bon's other home....!

We all know that Bon's other home was Adelaide... His old band Fraternity, and his base in the Adelaide Hills back in the early 70's really got him cooking... And then he laid eyes on AC/DC, performing at the Pooraka Hotel... To quote the book 'Maximum Rock n' Roll': "Bon couldn't believe what he was seeing when AC/DC hit the stage. The sight of Angus in continual overdrive made hime laugh almost nonstop. He also saw his future flash before him and, one way or another was determined to grab the opportunity any way he could". With such deep roots in AC/DC's history, why is it this tour is missing Adelaide. Please come... SA's fans will pay homage in droves!

    Hi to all Adelaide fans, thank you all for your interest and feedback and it is with regret that we were unable to include more venues on the AC/DC Australia's Family Jewels national itinerary. The exhibition is currently showing at the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney and attracting loads of visitors. They are bracing thenselves for the school holidays. It will move on to Darwin in December for the Chrismas holiday period and then to Perth in April to coincide with their music festival. It is intended that from Perth, the exhibition will head overseas. All in all the exhibition will be travelling for around 2 years. Thank you again for your interest. Fiona Bennie, Melbourne
